Return & Refund Policy
You may return any eligible Aedelma product within 7 days of delivery, provided it is unused, in original condition, and includes all original packaging and tags.
Conditions for Returns:
- Products must be unopened and in original packaging
- Customized or personalized items are non-returnable
- Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days
- Return shipping costs are customer's responsibility unless item is defective
- Report damaged/wrong items within 48 hours with photos for replacement
